My initiation into the industry began with this impactful project, where I stepped into the role of Senior Web and Graphics Designer at PSS (Pioneering Solutions Studio), a pivotal division within the Vertice MedTech collective.


Under the Go-to-Market team's umbrella, I found myself entrusted with the role of brand custodian for MediVouch—a digital solution that empowers individuals in the lower LSM market to access essential healthcare services without immediate financial burden.

In this pioneering venture, my first challenge was to translate a noble vision into a tangible reality.

MediVouch responded to the pressing issue of healthcare affordability, providing a lifeline for those who couldn't afford on-the-spot payments at clinics. The objective was clear: to create a seamless digital payment and voucher-based system, enabling users to access private healthcare services through prepaid health vouchers. My task extended beyond design—it was to craft an experience that carried the promise of dignity and healthcare accessibility for all.
